Derek McBride was a hero I fell for immediately. Like Perri, this character flipped all my switches. Inked, dirty-talking, bike riding, paramedic Derek was a bad boy with a heart of gold, and I absolutely loved this knee-weakening, utterly swoon-worthy hero. But there are also some other dynamics brewing. I am looking forward to getting more with Shaw.

I love the backdrop of Lucky Falls, and the small town festivals that build the community. The way the upcoming kissing contest plays into Perri and Derekâ€™s time spent together only furthered the steam factor. Because one that Feel Good Factor has been played, it is difficult to pull it back.
